We prioritize your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness during their stay in our home. Generally we board under 8 dogs at any given time. These limits help ensure the highest quality of happiness and comfort for our pup patrons during their stay in our home. This number may vary slightly depending on factors like dog size, or group chemistry.
Your dog's comfort and safety are our top priorities during their stay with us. Depending on factors such as their compatibility with other dogs and whether they are fixed, your furry friend may sleep in their own private space or share a room with another dog. We carefully assess each dog's behavior and preferences to ensure a harmonious environment.
If you prefer, you can request for your dog to have their own crate for sleeping, although it's not mandatory. Rest assured, whatever sleeping arrangement is chosen, your pet will receive the utmost care and attention throughout their stay.
We require meet and greets and up to date vaccination records (Bordetella, DHPP/Distemper, & Rabies) prior to your dog's stay to ensure the safety of our currently boarded group. Please plan ahead in order to make sure your dog is approved for boarding or daycare.
We encourage you to pay through the client portal where you have the option pay via credit/debit, or ACH. Cash/Check is allowed as well. Payment is due on the last day of your dog’s stay.

It's absolutely okay if your dog isn't fixed! Just let us know during your meet and greet and include it in your pet's profile on the Gingr app. Most of the dogs at House of Dogs are fixed and all are supervised during playtime. Your dog will also be placed their own room overnight to prevent any unwanted breeding.
Totally understandable! We want to reinforce the habits you’re building with your pet and make your life easier. To save you the effort of bringing your own: we have crates for small, medium, and large dogs that we regularly clean and sanitize after each use. Please be sure to let us know in your Time to Pet “Pet Info” section that your dog is crated overnight.
To ensure the safety of our other pup patrons, we would not be able to host your dog. We recommend using Rover.com to find a sitter that best accomodates your dog’s needs.
We will try our best! We board dogs based on availability within our calendar. We advise clients to book at least a couple months in advance to increase their likelihood of securing a spot.
Yes! We offer a 10% discount off the total price for each additional dog boarded (up to 20% discount total).
At House of dogs, we strive to create a safe environment for dogs, but we understand that not every dog will get along. Our team is highly trained to understand dogs body language, and we see that an animal is getting agitated and aggressive, we will take steps to remove that dog from the situation before it can escalate. Since our environment is like a child's daycare, we do acknowledge that the occasional squabble may break out. That's why we train our team to recognize these situations and remove a dog that may cause problems with other canines.
